When have Olivia understood, that.....
Now Olivia is back on "our" side! Great.
But there is one thing I didnīt get. Okay, after a time on "over there" Olivia understand, that she was on the wrong side and that she had to go home.
But in which episode of season3, she found out, that AltOlivia replace her on "over here", the whole time?

well I think as soon as she understood that they were trying to make her believe that she was altlivia...When she understood that she might have thought that, for them to want her to believe such thing, that Altlivia had cross over in her place...So,since,apparently,noone from Ourside(Peter,Walter,Broyles) had tried to get her back then Altlivia had fooled them and she had taken her identity...Olivia is a smart girl,she figured it out!
I don't think Olivia realized until they took her out of the tank, locked her up and prepared her for that brain surgery... (The Abducted)
I guess that's when she realized.....cause in episode 3.01, she was herself, but she was too busy trying to convince everyone that she wasnt who they wanted her to be...and then well, she became Altivia for a while, and then she started having the delusions and seeing Peter, but she wasnt completely aware of the singificance of that...
When I heard her say FBI...that's when she realized who she was..., but it didnt seem like she was understanding that the reason she was there was because Altivia was here...she was sooo into getting back home, no time for thinking that kinda stuff...
Anyways..maybe deep inside she knew, but she was in denial, naturally,
it's kinda creepy to think that somebody is pretending to be you.
Who knows....
But IMO, the moment she accepted it was when they prepared her for surgery, it's like they confirmed her what she didnt want to face..
What if you and I, both of us, at this very moment were being manipulated?
I believe that it may be one of those things not written in the script but understood that Olivia knew that she was swapped with BOlivia. I think she knew the moment she woke up in the cell (end of season 2) but recalled this again after she realized who she was (post BOlivia memory implants). I think she reasonably assumed that Walternate wanted her to adopt BOlivia's life and since BOlivia was not around, well, she must be in the blue universe. Olivia will remember that she was on her way with Peter to meet Walter at the Opera House when all heck broke loose and she woke up in the cell.
Yeah,as I said before I think she figure it out as soon as she realised what Walternate wanted to do...Plus I don't think that she believed that Peter and Walter would have left without her...

Exactly, she knew nothing....all she knew is that she had to get out of there....and then she was Altivia for a while and right when she remember who she was and tried to get away she got caught and that's when they revealed what happened, and what was gonna happen to her next

Yeah,I'm not saying the opposite but she must have made the connection that they had exchanged her and her alternate self and that Altlivia had taken her place...I can't imagine Olivia not thinking about why her team hasn't tried to rescue her...She must have explain it with Altlivia...She must have!
