Does anybody know what Walternate is working on his Florida experiments, versus our Walter's?
The only thing I can think of is that Walternate absolutely refuses to use Cortexiphan on kids when Faux Brandon Fayette suggests it, so I'm guessing they haven't revealed this part of the story - but I'm not sure....
Anybody remember anything else about it?

Walternate's Florida experiments were at Bishop Dynamic, so I assumed he was just creating technological marvels in general.
-
Walternate mentioned that he was a leading developer of the "Star Wars" missile defense (that didn't go forward on our side). That explains the space shuttle out his office window. They would have been launching satellites.

I enjoyed this episode a great deal and I think that the actors who played the children (Olivia and Peter) were particularly good. On the other hand for someone who has not been watching the show from the beginning, this would have been a very difficult episode to understand as a stand-alone.

Observing The Pattern

So when Walter told Olivia's step-dad to back down, do you guys think it was honest? After seeing his odd frown afterwards, almost showing that he felt sickened with himself, I can't help but think he said it in attempt to aggrivate the situation and get Olivia to cross over.

I thought he was honest. His dilemma is that by helping Olivia, he loses the chance to sent Peter home.

He's Not Dead
I thought there was a lot of yellow surrounding Peter when he was waiting in the cubby area. The table he was sitting at and the bookshelf in front and to the left of him. Sorry, not a screen-cap expert...
Also, several Rubix cubes in this episode...

I'm a bit confused about this episode... I don't know what to think about it or whether I like it or not....

I've got a question:
Did our Walter also had an office at the Space Center in Cape Canaveral?

What I don't buy in this episode is that Walter has a NEW Betamax camera in 1985. Wasn't Betamax over and done with by 85??
